Chris Driesbach from the Moose Lodge in Anchorage was one of the most unique shows in Music, with "The Phone Thing" his voice is incredible and his phone demeaner very humourous and entertaining. The "Motorcoach Commander" brings Service's works to life.

As a 13 year old selling programs at his Dad's hotel nightclub show in Whitehorse Yukon Territory, Canada, Kris learned his first two Service Ballads while watching the actors act them out on the stage of the show over and over. Ingrained in his mind he recited the two "Cremation of Sam Mcgee" and "The Ballad of the Iceworm Cocktail for many years, until he came across a Larry Beck video on the local public television channel and began to watch Larry recite 7 other's that Kris didn't know. Hours of watching and learning and he finally got 9 Service Ballads down to memory and the only one missing on the CD is The Ballad of Bessie's Boil which may appear on the Second thousand CD's! Kris R. Mueller was born in and resides in Anchorage, Alaska. His Grandparents came to Alaska in 1939 Trapping and Gold Mining. He has a Health and Physical Education degree from Linfield College and is a member of the Linfield College Hall of Fame as an Athlete. In 1988 he participated in the Olympic Marathon Trials. He still enjoys driving with the City of Anchorage as a "Motorcoach Commander"/Bus Operator for Anchorage's "People Mover" system. In 2000 he married the "Queen of the hub of the Yukon Delta" Billie Jean Hootch and together have a daughter the "Princess of Cook Inlet" Michelle Amanda Mueller, a son Billy James "Prince of Turnagain Arm", and last but not least Wanda Flora Mueller "Princess of Knik Arm". Chris Driesbach is singing Gospel Music in Concert throughout the U.S., but his "Phone Thing" will live on forever. Taxi, the independent A & R leader, rated his singing and lyrics on the CD a 9 out of a possible 10! He currently resides in New Orleans. "The Motorcoach Commander" will be performing again this summer in Anchorage at the Sunday Market, so come out and see a 2pm AST show!
