"Live at Middle" is Kevin's third recording, following his acclaimed debut, "New Light Dawning" (1998) and "Holiday Spirit" EP (1999).
Kevin's recordings have received airplay on a few dozen radio stations nationwide, including KPFT (Houston), WXPN (Philadelphia), WMBR (Boston) and many more.
In addition, he has received glowing reviews from such publications as The New York Blade, New York Newsday, HX Magazine, Cabaret Hotline, Worcester (MA) Telegram & Gazette, Theater Week, Backstage and many more.
"Live at Middle" showcases Kevin at his best--in concert, singing many styles of music and offering his humorous thoughts on many topics.
Kevin is multi-talented (theater, comedy, writing, singing, songwriting, and an in-demand singing coach and director) and a survivor: not only has he endured the hardships of a career in NYC, but he barely survived a near-fatal random street stabbing in 1994.
He's no longer taking life for granted.
He is also a featured soloist with the gospel choir at Middle Collegiate Church in NYC (where this CD was recorded), is writing songs for his next studio CD, and hopes to finish a novel and make inroads into theater and television in the future.

Terrific Live Recording!
author: Patrick C.
As demonstrated on this CD, Kevin's voice has really grown in size and color. What was great before is even better now. An eclectic mix of original works alongside the works of other composers. What fun to hear Show and Tell after all these years and sounding better than the original. My favorite is the blues version of The Candy Man. Something for everyone. Can't wait for the next album.

They are all so great I can't pick a favorite!
author: Debra Morello of Binghamton, NY
I always find one song on a CD that I play over and over. I can't find just one favorite on this one, there are so many fantastic ones on this CD! Rock Bottom touched my heart.

I have to sing along with Kevin's songs ..
author: Yvette Malavet Blum
I love it! I had to just sing along with the choice of gospel songs.
Kevin Scott Hall surprised me with his choices -- they're great.
"What Makes a Man" rocks ... Kevin is a rising singing star.
