Adult oriented modern Gospel music by Kevin Sharpe in an energetic vocal trio. The combination of voices is a dynamic blend that powerfully conveys the content of these masterfully crafted songs. The music is stylistically diverse without being schizophrenic.
This Prosperous Records release showcases the rich
vocals and the eclectic style. From the smooth R&B title track "By Faith" encouraging listeners to trust in God's Word, to the rocking "Where 2 Go",to the ethereal worship of "Exaltations", this adult oriented album takes you on an adventure of faith and praise.
"Songs of Fellowship" features of Tania Greene-Cook and Lee Boone. Tania Greene-Cook began singing at age seven in church and has worked extensively as a soloist and with choirs. Her range and vocal dexterity lend a quality of sparkle to this record.
Evangelist Lee Boone began singing and playing piano as a child. By her teens she was doing backing vocals with bluesmen Clarence Carter and Ray Charles. She later gave her life to God and in 1984 received the call to ministry.
Multi-instrumentalist/vocalist Kevin Sharpe is the album's producer. Often vocally compared to Barry White and Larry Graham his background varies from "straight ahead" jazz, funk, rock, and even orchestral music, to his roots in traditional gospel. Kevin's smooth baritone mixed with Lee's power and Tania's vocal stylings create a dynamic blend.
