Kung Foo Preacher is a dark alt-metal band from Dallas, Texas. Kung Foo Preacher has a sound that is rooted in heavy metal but delves into various genres from metal, pop, electronic, alternative, and everything else in-between. Their lyrics have an artistic intelligence about them, either telling dark stories, or maybe just giving off a dark mood. Every song has a different flavor as the band changes and experiments with their vast array of influences. If you were to take Metallica, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, and Nine Inch Nails and put them into a blender ...you might have a sound similar to what Kung Foo Preacher produces.

Great CD...

Enabler is the first widely availible CD from KFP that I have seen... the sound is so much better and more refined since the release of The Red Demo. Looking forward to hearing more stuff from KFP. KFP Enabler is a sort of jazzy-rock-alternative-metal sound that is really nice. My brother compares them to Powerman5000 in sound. It is GREAT music to drive and work to.
