Christina Vey's lyrics are dark, unrestrained, and witty, and she shows off beautifully deft fingerpicking guitar style. Sue Cole's distinctive drumming shows the influence of her drum mentor, Rick Walker, who is also a member of Lackadaisy -- on bass! It's hard to beat "Still Life" for headphone-listening while you watch the misguided masses rushing about.
