This Singer, Preacher, Psalmist, Songwriter, and now independent Gospel Recording Artist, has rightly earned the reputation of being the premiere Praise & Worship Leader to this generation. This accomplished and experienced psalmists has traveled with Pastor Paula White of Paula White Ministry on many engagements as her worship leader. He’s ministered in Praise & Worship at several churches such as Pastor Marvin Winans church in Detroit MI, Pastor Rod Parsley's Church in Columbus OH, Pastors’ Randy & Paula White's church in Tampa FL just to name a few. He's made appearances on TBN and The Word Network, two of the largest Christian networks in the world. Ladell has ministered in major conferences across America along with some of gospels greatest giants such as Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams, Deitrick Haddon, Shirley Murdock, and a host of others. He’s worked in the studio with world renowned "grammy" producer Kevin Bond.

Ladell not only ministers within the confinements of the church but his sound has a global impact; from concerts, wedding, conferences, corporate galas, retreats, and other organizational events. He has a fresh sound that transcends ethnic barriers, crosses cultures and touches every nationality.
