Ol Elvis himself would be proud if he could hear Dawn Anita's amazing performances.  Too bad there is not a video of her performances on these rather famous songs.  Dawn Anita's vocals are like a breath of fresh air.  I have been fortunate enough to see Dawn Anita in live performance and I can tell you that the energy she gives every song is just what you would imagine by listening to these renditions of the famous songs.  This one easily gets 5 stars...just too bad that 5 stars is as high as we can go.

I reviewed all songs on the cd, and being an Elvis fan, I honestly have never liked other artists singing Elvis tunes, but this gal can pull if off.  She's not trying to imitate his sound, just the feel.  I would recommend this cd to anyone who likes Elvis songs.  They will like this gal's version, believe me.
