ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Sirens EP is an aggressive yet melancholic collection of music written and performed by vocalist Kimberly K., programmer birdFEEDER and guitarist Inkydust. The opening track "Sirens" opens with the rhythmic intensity of war then burst into an emotional journey of internal struggles as vocalist Kimberly K. yells "Look out for peace, this is your last chance" while synths and a shoegaze-esqe guitar swirl around. The second track "Surfacing" invokes feelings of a dark under water struggle while searching for a chance to breath. "Salvage" then slithers it's way in exploring themes of disappointment and determination. "The Decadence" then takes over for a quick step on the dance floor because sometimes as Kimberly K. says "I just don't have the words". The fifth track opens with a glitch swooping death march which come chorus time has turned from a march to a riot. Finishing out is the intense and disturbing "Are You Dead Yet?" featuring the most intense vocals and guitar ever recorded by Lady Parasyte. If you stick around even longer you will hear the additional track composed by world renowned DJ-T1000 a.k.a. Alan Oldham.

Lady Parasyte recently returned with more aggressively chackty music with the full-length "Abandoned Places" featuring the guitar and programming of Mark Black along with previously back-up vocalist Miss Angela.

The Reviews are in:
"We are talking about well thought out lyrical combination's that leave the listener doing that, actually listening...Lady Parasyte is on the rise, and it’s only a
matter of time before she’s picked up by a big label."
-Macabre Cadaver Magazine

"The opening track ‘Sirens’ blends brutal samples with pulsating beats and tormented vocals that will remind in parts of Android Lust, Collide and the EBM-fuelled Arch Enemy. The vocals of LP are excellent and it is clear that her band will constantly move forward and progress. There is a real sense of belief and drive behind this work. This is very interesting stuff that is certainly worth your time."

The Sirens Are Calling
This premiere EP has aggressive yet alluring vocals that make you want to whisper like sirens................or turn into Flubber and start bouncing around to deceptively catchy tunes. Whatever you may prefer, Lady Parasyte is definitely a talent that must have an eye kept on, especially since this is only the beginning of a potentially industrial dominating musician, or quite possibly the world. Be prepared for the onslaught. >:D
