Album Notes

My life experiences have given me a unique perspective. I have lived many years in diverse cultures around the world, including years in India, exploring the nature of the mind. In my profession as a Hypnotherapist and my years as a Disaster Volunteer with the American Red Cross, I have been with people in both “everyday” and extreme circumstances: fear, sadness, confusion, anger, and trauma. I have become deeply aware how rarely people permanently improve their life experiences without first altering their own perceptions of their personal power and creative capabilities.

It is my experience that human beings are magnificent and powerful beings who have forgotten who they really are. I have created these Guided Visualizations as one tool to help people to relax and remember that they are capable of creating the safe, productive and joyful life experience that they deserve.
