Album Notes

MARK LAMM: Acoustic Storyteller

Mark Lamm's music combines passionate, insightful lyrics with the kind of melodies you just can't get out of your head.

Mark made his first album, Bittersweet, while on a college baseball scholarship in Michigan.

The album was widely praised by luminaries like Benny Goodman, who offered him a publishing deal after meeting him while taping a TV show.

Mark spent the next twenty years refining his craft, writing and producing commercials and performing throughout the country.

During that time he continued to advance his corporate career as well.

In 1998 he left his job as National Sales Manager at Clarion Car Audio in L.A. for a musical sabbatical at his home in Sedona, Arizona.

While in Sedona, Mark recorded Help Is On The Way, a collection of original acoustic ballads.

With that project completed, he returned to the corporate world where he is currently the CEO of a consumer electronics company in Phoenix, Arizona. In his copious spare time, Mark is working on his next project, a CD titled, appropriately, Living On Borrowed Time.

Mark's songs are inspired by his experiences as a performer, an executive and an athlete and he tells them with wit and wisdom.

His unique style of acoustic storytelling combine elements of folk, rock, country and blues.

Mark Lamm's music feels just like an unexpected visit with an old familiar friend.
