James says of his album “Songs of the Sprit”:
“Like many people, I spend a lot of time feeling both the rewarding sensations of joy and the often stifling fall-out of conflict in my life. I love the Lord and I want to follow in his examples…….but sometimes that can be a real struggle. These songs are “True stories” of things that I’ve thought and felt as I work daily to be a better person and of greater service to those around me”.

The pieces on “Songs of the Spirit” are easy melodies, starting with acoustic guitar and/or keyboards, blended with wonderful orchestrations and textures. The Lyrics speak of real life, real people and our relationship with the Lord.
