Open Up Your Heart, a cd containing the title cut, Open Up Your Heart (and Let the Son Shine In), which is a remake of the 1950's classic by Stuart Hamblen, is an enthusiastic ensamble of delightful tunes and topics. The title song, adapted by a modern arrangement, is performed with a complete band of guitars, keyboard, drums, strings and three-part vocal harmonies. The content of the song is reflective of a simpler day and age in which "right and wrong" is timeless and touching.

The songs on this CD inspired my children and reenforced those beliefs I grew up with. I would recommend a copy to be in every household with or without children because many adults could use the inspiration of these fine songs.

Non-Stop To O'Hare is the best!

I really enjoyed the album, especially Non-Stop To O'Hare - very clever lyrics and entertaining beat! It conjures up crisp images and magnificent memories of my trips to Chicago! That sassy saxophone reminisces of my many adventures in the Windy City! All the songs on the CD speak to me in similar ways. It is the best!

This is my daughter's constant companion!

This is my 6-year old daughter's favorite CD and it is her constant companion. She takes it with her everywhere - to friends, school, relatives, etc. It is so cute to hear her singing the words (she knows them all) and to see her dancing around the room! I like the music, too.

I love to sing and these songs have great melodies, which are easy to learn and

So many songs are hard to sing to or don't have much of melody. This CD made me chuckle, cry, think and reminisce, but mostly, it just made me want to sing along! Now I know all the songs and wish there were more. I'm looking forward to the next album - hope it is soon!
