I love, love, love this CD! "James Brown" and "Carolyn Garner" are two of the most beautiful songs I've heard! The cover of "Fat Bottom Girls" is simply addictive. Make more music like this!

When I first heard Grant's songs, I was more than pleasantly surprised. I'm not a big country music listener, but I do like a few key artists; Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash are among them. But Grant Langston has a way with the country sound that makes it sublime. It's enough rock to please those that may not be hardcore country listeners, yet it is distinctly country enough to appeal to anyone that digs country music. He has managed to possess the best of both worlds. And you won't be able to stop singing these songs. You'll sing them loud in your car and you won't care who hears you. Do yourself a favor, and get some Roadside Service. You'll be glad you did.

The best country rock CD I ever heard!!!
author: Antje, Germany
This is - plain and simple - the BEST contry rock album I have ever heard!!! The vocals compared to that voice (CAREFUL!!! Once Grant´s voice is in your head, it keeps singing and singing and singing and it will NEVER EVER STOP!!! Which is a GOOD thing, btw) are just unbelievable!!! If you expect nice and flat country rock music, don´t buy it. If you expect bad - but OH SO TRUE - vocals and butt-shaking country music, this is the CD you should definitely buy!!!
Thanks for this great album!!! Antje from Germany
