growing up in small town MN, i\'ve learned to enjoy the landscape of music. my parents mainly played classical in the house while my cooler older brothers listed to Bon Jovi and Public Enemy (fight the powers that beat).

later on, during my college years, i lived in the Dominican Republic where the music was more Bachata and Merengue. and back in Winona, MN where it\'s pretty much either top 40 or country, or the random college station, you need to be creative to get variety.

so this is what has developed into la poema. i hope you enjoy it as we venture along this road. And i hope we get to meet you from time to time. May God bless you.
