Album Notes
Most of this album was written and recorded in a small bedroom apartment called Blackstone. The album is more electronic and experimental than the band has ever been in the past.

One of best songs "This is not emotion" blends hand drumming with electronic dance beats in addition to the myriad of other instruments visible in the song.

"Dear Jesus", one of Lapse and Recover's poppier songs has latin influences and a fun funk breakdown towards the end!

"Some Faith" is one of Lapse and Recover's oldest songs; Lucas has played it at countless concerts, but never had an adequate recording of it. You absolutely must listen to this album.

very well done
this is luke's best work. diverse and very entertaining.

Igna Norden

A true sincere artist, a unique person, a raw talent in many senses of the word.
His music is eclectic in it's sound, sort of Radiohead meets Beck, but to label his style would not do it justice. To the uneducated ear it might sound homespun but if you pay attention it's very deep and conveys a remarkable attitude on life. Luke plays all the instruments, such as "a couple guitars, half a drum set, and some other stuff". But for what he uses he gets a very unique sound. It's very sincere, if I had to put it in one word. His song "Meet Me At Three" is downright hypnotic, almost a Gregorian Chant, and given a chance I think it would go far indeed!
