If Cds had grooves, you would wear this one out quickly!
author: Harry Moore
From the first mandolin note of "Justice for Willy" to the last guitar chord of "America Where Have You Gone", this album rings with great music. Larry Cordle not only sings lead vocal on each of these tunes that he also had a hand in composing, but he is backed vocally by such artist as Del McCoury, Carl Jackson, Ronnie Bowman and others. The musical cast continues with guitar ace Clay Hess, fiddler extraordinaire Shad Cobb, resonator guitar whiz Randy Kohrs, and other great musicians. Every song is a keeper, but my favorites (so far) are the title cut "Pud Marcum's Hangin'" and "Shade Tree Mechanic". If CDs had grooves, this one would be worn out!
