One of the best...ever.
Larry Franklin is one of the premier fiddle players on the planet. This album is a great example of just how diversified he is. WARNING If you listen to this guy play the fiddle too long will become permanantly spoiled. No other fiddle player will do.

Simply put, the BEST.
Wilowen Hornpipe gets the Irish in me moving. This is a great tune. Patriot's Dream is such a beautiful waltz, I do believe this has taken the place of Faded Love as my favorite song. Excellent CD......AWESOME musician. Thank you Larry for sharing your love with all of us.

Larry has made me a fiddle-lover! SO talented!

Robin Gould

Excellent variety - great musical chops
Larry covers the gamut of styles and sounds in this CD. Recording quality was excellent; you cannot tell that most of it was recorded in his home studio. The Texas swing and "Jean-Luc Ponty" songs were especially delightful, especially if you are a fan of those styles.

Dwight Milligan

Larry Franklin is simply one of the best.
Larry covers all the bases with this cd. Everyone can find something on it that trips their trigger. If I ever discover that Larry has anything else available, especially traditional fiddle or western swing, I will buy it and see to it that other fiddlers and fans do, too.

Michael Ray

Absolutely beautiful!
Thank you, Larry! A true inspiration to all fiddle players and fiddle lovers everywhere. As a life-long fiddle player myself, I can say that I get more joy and more understanding of the art, craft and love that went into this album with each listening. It's exactly how the violin should be played. Please do more!
