Album Notes

From Tucson, Arizona, The Last Call Brawlers deliver a fresh sound that takes cues from rockabilly and blues but without regard to any scene rule books. As infectious as small pox, as exciting as an inner-city riot, as enjoyable as mud-wrestling cheerleaders... you'll keep this one on repeat in your player until the pleasure becomes unbearable and you have to pull it out.

The Last Call Brawlers have played with many bands in their home state including Lee Rocker, The Amazing Crowns, The Paladins, and The Supersuckers to name a few. They have also toured the States with The 440's and recently rallied a host of new fans at the infamous Heavy Rebel Weekender in North Carolina. This CD is very very good. I'd love to see these guys playing in a dirty old bar somewhere. If they ever decide to play in Toronto, I know just the place to book a gig.
