    I used to not sleep but only 3 yours nightly... and I have learned; that by using the thought pattern, rather then the thinking pattern, you can advance much further into the country of sleep...rather ten lack of sleep... I can not sleep 24 minutes daily, (which I have been cured of sleeping 2 hours nightly.. Wow, now I do feel a whole lot better..
