Album Notes

Lauren received her BA from Brandeis University and her MA in the teaching of languages from the University of Southern Mississippi. She currently teaches Spanish at Language School International in Acton, Massachussetts.
Lauren has a strong theater background having acted in professional and community theater and founding an adult community theater group in Concord, Massachusetts. Always searching for creative ways to teach led her to begin composing songs in Spanish to facilitate learning the language for her students. Spanish Puppet Songs is her first CD in Spanish for children and she also created all the puppets that you will find on the website: http://www.spanishpuppetsongs.ab-webdesign.com

The website contains all the lyrics to the songs in Spanish and English and all directions for making the paper puppets, and it's free! Lauren is currently working on a second CD for older children to learn Spanish. It will accompany a story/workbook about three pigs, but not the three pigs you are familiar with, these are modern day pigs with modern day problems.
