Her only album?

This is delightful album full of cheeriness and heart. "The Mermaid's Song" is especially nice as other instruments (cello and flute) join in to make this song especially poignant. Come to think of it, although there are a few other tracks with additional accompaniment, the whole album could have been on a much more dramatic level with these instruments than just the harp alone. But, the lightness here is nonetheless fully enjoyable.

Breath taking

Where do I begin! I take care of critically ill children and have seen vital signs calm when this music is played. I have also seen other nurses enter the room, and not want to leave because of the peace it brings. All my friends who hear the music, want it for themselves. It's perfect from hospital rooms, to the kitchen. It makes a dinner party great, or a bubble bath. It's stocked on my shelves as the perfect gift for baby shower, or wedding showers. It's a must have, whether your a nurse, a Mom or business owner. Give it a try, you'll to be hooked!!

harp addiction
author: Mary Bucher
After hearing Laurie Rasmussen play at a wedding I was hooked. I have always loved harp music and have several discs of it. They never seemed to be played any more because I always choose hers. When my guests hear her music they want to know how to get one. I have given many as gifts and will continue to. I hope she will make more. She has a gift for the harp that I have never heard before.

Time to exhale and relax...
author: Jeanne Crawford
I first heard this album at my sisters' house...she had it playing at dinner time and it was so relaxing, I had her order one for me. I live in New Jersey, where the much of the wintertime is spent indoors. Something about this album is so soothing, so warming, I would just let it play throughout the afternoons and while sitting in front of the evening fires. I find that whenever I play it now, my life seems calmer and I am more content with my surroundings. I used to play it a lot when my first child was a baby - he loved it too! Now, with two young children, my CD player has been taken over mostly by Raffi and Baby Einstein. When it's Mommy's turn, however, in goes this CD...Calgon, take me away!
