Laurie Turley has been making music since she was a child and with her husband Ken, writing and performing their own music and an array of pop, rock, blues, jazz and classical for the last twenty-five years. Laurie's lyrics are poetry in and of themselves and her melodies and extraordinary voice truly make the words sing. An excellent piano player and accompanied by a family of musicians with skill and taste, Laurie's music will move you through a variety of moods and images with consistently creative musicianship. When not teaching music or working in her garden or being dragged around to perform by her husband Ken, her two greatest loves are her children, Emily and Ethan, now grown and on their own.
