Erynn and Sara Lavagnino; a.k.a. the Lava Girls, were raised in the beautiful Eastern High Sierra mountains of California in a small community called Tom's Place. So if anybody happens to be wondering about the name "Lava Girls", our last name is just a hint.
Nashville songwriter, artist, producer, and sound engineer Jeff Jones of Shilo Recording Studios has produced an absolute work of art. Jeff also happens to be employed by country superstar Terri Clark, do we need to say anymore?
A quote from a press release describes the Lava Girls as "a little bit country, with a dash of California sunshine, with terrific "twin" harmonies." Our dad was quoted as saying; "these girls can do pretty much anything they set their minds to." Our mother Suzanna says "you girls are fulfilling the dream I always fantasized about, now becoming a reality."
We have signed a deal with legendary Nashville producer Nelson Larkin. Nelsons credentials include producing the super group Alabama, Toby Keith, and Earl Thomas Conely. We are currently working on our second CD then a video featuring the titled song of our CD.
