ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Leah and Chris met while performing with a cover band in the Northwest. After forming a friendship they discovered their mutual love for jazz and began performing as a duo not long after. It just so happened that on the night this album was recorded the planets aligned. Every track on every song was a first take.

"We wanted to capture the energy and emotion of the live show so we were prepared to let it sound a little raw. But it ended up being so smooth and easy. You just don't get very many moments like that, especially in the studio. We are both exceptionally proud of this project."-Leah Tussing

Bass track on 'My Heart Belongs to Daddy' appears courtesy of Jim Tussing. This album was produced, engineered, and mixed by Chris Tussing at Flat Hat Productions in Lynnwood Washington. Mastered by Gregory Hyde at Skyblynde Studios in St. Charles Illinois.
