Album Notes

The band formed out of the ashes of an earlier lo-fi project which died around late 2001. Lebanon's debut album is a concept album that deals with some issues of personal and collective disaster through instrumental pieces of music (and some poetry recitation of original Hebrew texts written and recited by Roni Hirsch, local Israeli poet).
The album also includes a 28 page black and white poetry
booklet (In Hebrew).Lebanon's sound has been compared by local Israeli press to that of Mogwai, Explosions In The Sky and Earth.
