Album Notes

This is a re-issue of Delon and my second album. It contains songs from the original “Dreams of Linda” as well as 7 new songs. This album has songs to make you think, feel and laugh. Some songs may even make you do all three at once! Many people who bought this album when it was originally released in 2004 are still listening to and enjoying it today so if you are looking for an album that never gets old, this is your lucky day!

Ever since Delon and I released this album people have been asking us, “Who is Linda?” I’ll normally settle by telling them, “All the girls who put me through hell in high school.” But the real answer is much more deep and complicated than that, here are some insights into her character:

Every dream and desire just out of reach. Linda is a cry for help. Linda is winter’s icy death before springs new life. Linda is the fire of desire that may not always burn high but never dies. Linda is the mouth of passion that consumes you then spits you out in pieces that you’ll have to put back together in time. Linda is what’s on a babies mind while it whines. Linda is being told NO for the millionth time. Trying to keep your composure under societies binds and pry your eyes open from your anger's blindness. The silent deadly confirmation of your worst fears. The one who makes it perfectly clear you’re no longer wanted here. Linda is the truth you wish you didn’t have to hear. Linda is turning the anguish of a massacre into language and art that causes laughter. Linda is life.
