Album Notes

''You sound like Grand Funk Railroad meets Motorhead and then went to art school'' said one listener after a recent gig. Thats probably better than anything we could come up with, so we'll stick with that. Legend of Dutch Savage rose from the ashes of several Pacific Northwest bands including; The Jimmies, Gern Blanston, Witch Throttle Gush, and Iommi Stubs. There's bits and pieces of those bands in the music, but what is created in the end sounds nothing like any of them. We are just a three piece in the mode of Cream, Grand Funk, and Motorhead. Ispiration comes everything from Ted Nugent to Black Flag to Kings of Leon, and Richard Buckner.
