Album Notes

The Quinn Lemley Band

This lounge diva seduces and romances with an infusion of jazz, lounge and cabaret, singing standards with a twist. She enthralls audiences with her exciting nightclub act and four recordings currently on the market. Whether a seven-piece band, to sexy trio/quartet or intimate piano/vocal duo, this sensuous redhead transports audiences to a time when glamour, wit, style and romance prevailed. Seducing and entertaining with her charm and intoxicating music of standards, classics made famous from The American Songbook, Cinema and "girl singers".

A cross between Ann-Margret, Julie London and Rita Hayworth, Miss Lemley creates a sizzling evening of entertainment.
Backed by leading NYC musicians, with charts orchestrated from trio to quartet to seven-pieces by jazz great, Tedd Firth, Tony Winner, Keith Herrman ROMANCE, ROMANCE and Off-Broadway's Bob McDowell, SWINGTIME CANTEEN.

This NYC based band has been performing in Manhattan's hottest clubs such as The Algonquin, The Firebird, Shelly's, Metronome, Branch, Torch, Nell's, Swing 46, Sardi's and Wilson's and for corporate events at Tavern on the Green, The Rainbow Room and "21". International tours include a sold out run at The Half Note in Athens, Greece, La Boehme and L'Insolite in Geneva, Switzerland and a tour of Mainland China.
