ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Allegra Levy is an 18 year-old Sophomore at New England Conservatory of Music where she is currently studying Jazz Vocal Performance with Dominique Eade. Elden Kelly is a recent graduate from New England Conservatory of Music where he studied jazz guitar for four years. They met at the conservatory over a conversation about life, love and religion, and soon discovered that their spiritual and musical connection ran deep. Together they make a magical, sentimental recording which is raw in emotion, fresh, with a sincere sound unlike anything ever heard. \"A New Face\" truly shows a new side to jazz, one that all people can connect to and understand while still embracing the complex harmonies and improvisation skills of the trained and talented young artists. Many non-jazz listeners have been transformed into jazz lovers from this classic Cd. Please live, love, and enjoy!
