Positive, uplifting lyrics to Laura Harley's CD 'This One Chance.' The song 'Little by Little' never wears out for me. I must have listened to it close to a thousand times since purchasing the CD. Solving life's hurdles, especially with they are relationships, are overcome one step at a time. little by litte. Lots of practical wisdom is here. Laura is also a life-coach and combines her counseling skills to music. This young artist is also one of America's newest authors. She has a companion book 'Listen Your Way to a More Meaningful Life' to her CD. It contains the lyrics and meanings behind the songs. It is so refreshing to find a songwriter/singer whose goal is to help others find and live a meaningful life. One can not lose with Laura!

The themes this album presents are deep and inspirational. Laura's vocals are powerful, soul-stirring, and especially uplifting and soothing in "On That Day" and "Little By Little". I relate personally to most of these songs, and feel that the lyrics challenge the listener to take an authentic look inside, and to ask some important "life" questions of oneself. Finally, I think if everyone could listen to "Little By Little" once or twice throughout the day, it would do wonders to help keep perspective on life and expectations (for what one can accomplish in a day, or for all of those things we want to achieve, or for all of the problems one wants to "fix" or solve). I love this album!
