Somewhere in between Montana and California, between falling in love and falling on your face, between folk and pop and rock, Liam Bowler’s been writing songs. And he’s been loving it. The beautiful mystery of music has rocked Liam’s life and his heart since early days of singing in the car with his brother and dad in Big Fork, Montana, to finally picking up his dad’s guitar and deciding to play at age 13.

Since then, and for the past 11 years, Liam has been writing and performing songs that seem to strike a resonant chord in the hearts of listeners almost anywhere. Over the course of thousands of bedroom playing hours, hundreds of performances and four albums, his tunes continue to shine light on what’s real and essential through one Montana boy's eyes. His songs might make you dance, or cry, or just breathe deeply as you remember where you are right here, right now.

Liam's six-song EP, Mercy (2007), is his latest recording, his first with a full band, and one that he's psyched to share with the world.
