ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
So Low is the first \"solo\" Lifeguard Nights album by Vincent Brue, ex-co-founder of the South Jersey Seashore Lifeguard Convention Band. This album was entirely written, performed and recorded by Vincent Brue in his apartment over the course of a terrible month. It\'s sparse, acoustic instrumentation is a direct revolt against the grandiosity of the SJSLCB\'s final album \"Dark Side of the Pool.\" Of course, Vincent wrote the majority of songs on that album, too, so he\'s mostly revolting against himself. Which, in itself, is revolting. Personally, I\'m revolted, I don\'t know about you. Revolt!
