With her first double Cd release - Afflicted, Elise Azevedo has claimed her place as a quality songwriter in Portuguese as well as English, her native language. Originally from Portland, Oregon - Elise's heart is in Lisbon where she runs an association working with at-risk and disadvantaged youth living in local orphanages and the african community.
