Belgian slide & harp player Lightnin’ Guy never picked cotton in the fields, but surely had his share of bad luck and trouble, happiness and hope. You can hear these feelings and thoughts in his own contemporary blues. He digs up some old songs which people forgot or never made it into the charts... and also performs his own work.

By playing in the style of the Louisiana swamp & Chicago slide & harp tradition, this Belgian is a real crowd pleaser at any venue, always bringing them closer to the stage with his mean, grooving and honest riffs and licks.
