New Music
author: Sue (Almost Famous - The Mag)
Singer/songwriter, Lillian Lee, has her first bona fide dance single in CLOSE TO YOU. CHOOSE ME, hands down, inaugurates and launches you into POP heaven.
Right off the bat, I loved WHY(Track 1) the best, after hearing it and THE WAY IT USE TO BE(Track 5) I walked away saying this girl can flat out sing. This is INDEPENDENT MUSIC at it's best, pick up a copy for x-mas!

Great Music
author: Cole
Lillian Lee is definitely plugged into a different switch. The new CD is unpredictable yet not chaotic, Lillian Lee is the perfect mix of R&B / Pop for the iPod generation. Lillian is providing yet another consistent voice from the Windy City, what if she could enjoy half of what R Kelly has done? It would be a mistake not to try this CD and a bigger mistake not to support this artist. This CD just might be what kids are looking for these days: a singer with enough stylistic deviations to make her record seem like a compilation album. I say this to say, Lillian Lee has no creative boundaries. Cole from www.heaven.be/

The Real Deal

LILLIAN LEE (Multi Level Records)
Lillian's 1st effort, happens to be a fun record, so I can't wait to hear her follow-up CD. LILLIAN LEE is a Pop/minded record that has playful and carefree all over it. The album marks Lillian's 1st and only collaboration with producer Dave Uhrich, who also helmed Change
and Fret' No Tized'. Throughout the album, I couldn't stop wondering, what would this musician do with a better budget? I'm talking about an array of sounds: acoustic guitars, sitars, organs, strings, beat machines, moogs, whistles, you name it. Lillian Lee will make it, but will she remember us... GRADE: B+
