Lily Holbrook is one of those artists you wanna tell everyone about, but you feel like you're giving away a secret (don't worry, Lily, I still tell everyone anyways). Running From The Sky is what folk music should be...straight-up honesty and revelation. Then again, it's a little more than folk music, and you can really hear the influences of the likes of Tori Amos and Nine Inch Nails. Lily is just a wonderful talent, and I really think anyone could like her music. You're never too old for fairy tales.

Lily is hard to describe in only a few sentences. The first and only time I have seen her (so far) was at my work in Milton at Java Joes. She took my breath away to see such beutaiful ,amazing girl with such talent her own lyrics, that bring you intouch with her child hood . She made me relaize and do what I want to do with music, hopefuly I wil be able to play the gutiar as good as her she is awesome at it the cd is wonderful and her music too.
