Linda Severt is a multi-instrumentalist and song writer whose whimsical style on stage and in her songs is absolutely delightful. Her versatility is showcased on this CD through a wide range of musical styles, from folk to jazz to calypso to rock, with a little yodeling and opera thrown in! Refreshingly original, Grinning Streak includes some songs that are just plain goofy, a rap song about brushing your teeth, a beautiful lullaby, and songs about spaghetti, connection, toes, snorkeling, super-powers, and skin, all in one package.
