The dolphins wish to love, support and nurture you along your path of healing - and opening - your heart. They wish for you, and all of humanity, a life of freedom, harmony, love, joy, peace ... and PLAY!

These meditations are accessible to all levels, whether you are a beginning meditator, or you've been meditating for years.

In Track 1, Introduction, Linda introduces you to this unique form of meditation. Topics covered include:

Track 2, Opening to Dolphin Energy, is a 25-minute meditation in which you open to the energies of the dolphins, and meet and journey with your personal dolphin spirit guide.

Track 3, Dolphin Buzz, is a 15-minute meditation, for those times when you'd like to receive a quick boost of dolphin love & joy to energize and revitalize your day.
