Album Notes

Lindsay Rakers Band came to be in late 2004, and has steadily grown a fan
base and a name in the Atlanta scene. Starting out at the intimate clubs
like Redlight Cafe and Eddie's Attic, word soon got out that this act was a
real crowd pleaser and the band started getting a lot of festival action.
LRB's contagious energy and broad appeal has gleaned comparisons ranging
from Dave Matthews Band to Rilo Kiley to Sugarland. This speaks to the
diversity of the members: an ex-metalhead, a Jersey punk, a former pop
country star, and a second generation hippie.

Gracing the mainstage at Dogwood Festival, Atlanta's premier folk rock arts
festival in 2007 and 2009, and praised by music critics, Lindsay Rakers Band
loves what they do and it shows.
