A sweet, ephemeral breeze
author: Gina
Lindsey's songs are inspiring, melancholy and thoughtful. It's amazing that a singer songwriter so young is able to write about feelings that touch people no matter what their age. Her song, "Anything To You," for example, creates a feeling of sweet sadness to which anyone can relate who has ever loved and felt neglected by that love. On the flip side, her upbeat song, "We Fit," exudes the joy of two people who have discovered how their lives can join and complete one another. “Sleeping” reminds those who have moved past the stage of early love what it was like when you could spend all night talking and never notice how quickly the hours slipped by. Lindsey’s voice fills you with optimism, yearning and elation. It is like listening to an ephemeral breeze as it shifts between the notes and glides through the melody. You’ll get lost in the sweetness and won’t want it to end.
