HOT CD FOR CAR RIDES!
author: Nicole Harvey
This CD instantly puts me in a good mood! I LOVE the track, Stubborn. It's the best! All the others are right up there with it! Never heard of her until about 2 weeks ago, but I'm glad I did. Very contemporary country style - like the top artisits today.

"Pure magic, exceptional, brilliant, superb: perfect in EVERY respect!!""
author: Coquet-Shack
Some fool once told Lisa Dames she "wasn't a singer". I really hope he or she hears Dames' debut single, "I'd Leave Me" because they'll have to eat their words.
This song is absolutely wonderful and, with the right exposure, it could well top the charts.
I can't help it. Every time I hear it I'm left grinning like the inane idiot some folks say I am. It's pure magic, exceptional, brilliant, superb in EVERY respect.
Dames vocals are perfect, just enough sarcasm, just enough sassy, just enough of everything: perfect. The lyrics - about how her partner stays with her even through her mad moments and mood swings - are excellent.
The male harmony vocals (by producer David Grow) are perfect, both melodically, and in tone, and the backing is crisp and cleanly mixed.
We've NEVER done this before, but we're going to here: CONGRATULATIONS to everyone involved, especially David Grow for his vision. THIS song is just what Country music needs.
Our view: Memo to Country radio: GET HOLD OF THIS and PLAY IT!!! Do this girl the justice she deserves.

An album overflowing with Country-Rock Hits
author: Outlaw Punk Cowboy Show
The first track is mellow; reminds you of the producers previous work. But then Lisa starts kicking the boots out with her next track. The music on this track and several others lets you know this country girl like to rock. Her music throughout the album has classic roots without going old school. There's lots of Country Rock but nothing sounding too alternative.
Get this album, you will get lots of spins out of it.

—Quite accomplished. The track is sparkling, her vocal is spot-on and the song sounds like a
solid hit to me. Extra points for the fine, uncredited harmony vocalist on the choruses.--Robert K. Oermann/Music Row Magazine
