Lisa's subjects were very close to home, a love affair, a son leaving home, a son getting married, a father dealing with Alzheimer’s, visiting her mother's homeland and dealing Mercury in retrograde. True to her eclectic tastes and love of bluegrass, country swing, folk and rock, her jazzy voice blends 40’s style harmonies of the Andrews Sisters, Alison Krauss, Joni Mitchell and Fleetwood Mac with classy piano, fiddle, cello, trumpet and lap slide, serving up some tasty auditory treats with a dash of humor. This is a brilliant collaboration of musicians including Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter Penny Nichols.

Lisa is a singer/songwriter living in the Rocky Mountains which has inspired her four recordings: FIRST SOLO, POINT OF BALANCE, SOPHIA SONGS and her newest release LIGHT YEARS. She has been a featured artist in many environmental concerts including World Balance Symposium, Sierra Club Benefits and has opened for jazz pianist Peter Kater and shared the stage with Grammy award winner Ernie Watts performing the title cut of POINT OF BALANCE.
