Album Notes

The Enoch project was recorded live at Destiny Foursquare Church in Rapid City, SD in March of 2003. The praise and worship team at Destiny Foursquare has been leading people in worship for over five years. We hope this album leads you to a place of personal praise and worship. God deserves our praises in the everyday relationship we have with Him. It is our desire to continue walking with Him intimately until He returns.

Pastors Brent and Tani and Shawn Michael wrote or co-wrote all ten songs on the project:

1) HEAR OUR CRY
Pastor Tani leads us in a passionate prayer for this generation.

2) BUILDING THE KINGDOM
An upbeat, tom-driven song that calls Christians to "turn the world up-side down", "crush religion", and "expose the darkness".

3) SONG OF THE SON
"Can you hear the beat of a new generation?" We sing for the glory of the Son!

4) POUR
We ask God to pour out His Spirit on us and give us direction. This song is all about taking the message of the Gospel outside of the church walls and acquiring new ground!

5) WHEN GOD'S PEOPLE PRAY
A heart-felt cry to our Father, who is ready and willing to "heal our land".

6) YOU ARE
Led by our very own Brittany Cook, this song expresses our longing to know God and walk daily with Him.

7) CLOSER
An intimate song that presses in to a deeper and closer relationship with our God.

8) OVERCOME
A declaration song - we have overcome, and our destiny is won, because of what has already been done (say five times fast).

9) JOURNEY
What a journey we have... it is our desire to stay on the road that the Lord is mapping out for us.

10) SONG OF THE SON (REPRISE)
Shawn was in tears as he started to sing...
