Liz Meter Brings Home Some European Flavor
author: Fitz
This is a special CD for me because it introduced me to Liz Meyer and to the whole European World of Bluegrass scene. Prior to this, I didn't have a clue all this was going on in Europe. "Who Knew?" as they say. Liz Meyer's singing kinda grows on you and her lyrics are fascinating. The band Nugget from Austria really compliments Liz's songs very well. Really nice mandolin stuff and the back up singing is very good as well. If ya can't fly to Europe to hear it, then bring some European bluegrass home. You'll be amazed.
