Nice to virtually meet you, my name is Laura-Jane Rich, and this is the first in a series of relaxing new-age style music CDs – I’m so excited to be distributing them through CDBaby!

I’m fascinated by how music affects us physically, and I love to write music which makes me feel uplifted and content. I’ve found that certain musical keys are soothing to me (like A Flat major), while others are invigorating (like F major) – so for this CD I composed music that to me is relaxing and calming, like a luxurious audio massage.

I have Perfect Pitch - the ability to accurately identify and categorise anything musical into keys and chords. To me, everything and everyone has a note, even car horns, cats meowing and people speaking.
