Album Notes

In a packed and raucous rock club, a local singer belts out her signature tune while a rumor goes around that the famous rock star Boy-O is at the bar and wants to sit in.

In a forbidding mansion, which houses an Asylum for dangerous lunatics, Dr. Werner Ünterland ponders the case of the delusional Frederick Tybus.

In a spaceship 35,000 feet above the Eastern Seaboard, two alien beings from the planet Zlotar-17 ponder the meaning of mortality, enlightenment, and the pharmaceutical business.

And in the Kingdom of the Dead, Hades whistles happily at the wheel of his new Mercedes....the black one, of course....

"Friday Night Freakshow" is my newest and weirdest album. It contains 27 tracks and two and a half hours of music, and was written and recorded over a one year period from September '02 through August '03. Enjoy!

Hey Lo, Hopefully you remember me. It's been a while. Anyways I think that all your CD's are great!! I am hopefully in my talent show in 8th grade(next year) going to perform Sneaky Jack with my friends and have my school see it, I thought it would be fun! It's also something I've been wanting to do for a long time! Email me about what you think about it and maybe by like the end of the summer I can give you a date of when the talent show would be and maybe you and your family could come and see it. Email me soon! Bye I miss ya!

Friday Night Freak Show is just another exmple of real great music. The story line and the music goes hand and hand. Lo and friends has manged to take the best of the musicial past and blend it perfectly with the great music of today. I recommend to anybody who is tired of buying the junk that the major labels call good music to buy this album. The price is reasonable and this musical adventure is timeless.

Lo Faber is an unfortunately little known genius

Thank goodness Lo has somehow scrounged the resources to keep these fantastically weird, complex yet groovy stories and music going...I saw lo in Richmond,VA at The Canal Club during the Henry's House tour, which I happened upon a promotional copy of and was amazed at its breadth. About 7-10 people were in attendance, but Lo rocked it out anyway, and when the show was over, stepped down off the stage and just hung out. When I found out he had a new album out, called friday night Freakshow no less, I immediately bought it - (and I'm a semi-professional music reviewer and don't buy discs lightly; I mange to score most of what I want for free...for what that's worth..Lo, get in touch if you ever dare come back to Richmond and I'll review ya thefountainmenace@yahoo.com ). Anyway, this guy has a hell of an imagination. At the opening of both of his double albums, you're like, "Man this stuff's a little cheesy and weird.", then the music takes some radical turn and you're like , "Holy Crap, that is a fat groove, and those vocal harmonies are freakin' stellar!" Henry's House:The first Jam/Prog Opera. Friday Night Freakshow: EVEN BETTER!!!
