Album Notes

Take a base of early British blues rock, add some R&B, a little funk and a whole lot of groove and you have the Lone Shark sound. Formed in 2006 as a blues and classic rock cover band, Lone Shark was a featured band in several New Jersey Summer music festivals and local bar gigs. Building on the foundations that this music provided, Lone Shark began to craft their own sound and made the leap into the original music arena. Since 2007, Lone Shark has been writing their own brand of music with a guitar-driven tone reminiscent of the many great blues rock bands that came before them.

In early 2008, Lone Shark wrote, recorded, and produced their first EP of original music, 45 RPM. This album features five original songs from hard guitar rocking anthems to sleek rhythm & blues numbers fronted by blues harmonica. This album will be officially released in March 2008 and will be available through CDBaby.com, ITunes, and other Internet-based music stores.
