Album Notes

We are extremely blessed and very proud to have had many experiences in our careers up to this point. Collectively, we have shared stages as performers and stars of the first magnitude, nationally and internationally. Additionally, we have been fortunate to collaborate as writers and producers with some of the greats of our era.

We've also participated in stage and film productions that have helped to broaden our musical abilities and creative scope. Theses experiences have helped to develop great relationships with certain artists and musicians over the years and through these relationships, many of which have become friendships, we elected to compile this collection of great singer/performers and musicians who we've had the good fortune of working with over the course of their careers. Label it "calling in favors" but many of the artists and musicians on this CD are world class at what they do and were gracious in lending their talents and skills for the making of this project.

It is with profound gratitude that we note their contributions to "The Longshot Sessions - The Soul of R&B". From mistah llou's "Barry White" like tinged "Step Wit' Chu" to the soulful vocals of "Heaven & Earth" on "Can I", there is something for anyone and everyone who loves a good tune with great vocals.
