Album Notes

Internation Pop Overthrow is the second Lund Bros release and is a fan favorite. The most lavishly produced and polished of their three releases, it shines with powerful pop rock and roll gems throughout. From the driving rhythm and addicting chorus in I'll Remember, the sublime acoustic beauty of Power Lines, to the hard-rocking The Last One, this CD has the musical range of the Beatle's Revolver, or Zep's third album.

Chris and Sean Lund hail from Washington State and have successfully permeated the region with rock and roll sounds for the past decade. Recently adding bassist Gwon Chang to the line-up, they've been tearing up the Pacific NW club scene as of this very moment.

Get this disc, turn it up, and experience pop euphoria!

REVIEWS

THE GREATEST POWER POP ALBUM EVER
author: Nikki from CDBaby Customer Service

Hi guys, Nikki from customer service here. I just wanted to tell you all about this amazing album. I am probably exaggerating a bit with the title of the review, but there is no denying this is an amazing Power Pop album. The vocal harmonies are gorgeous, the songs memorable, and the element that is hit or miss in a lot of Power Pop is here in full force: POWER. The guitars shimmer, but there is also all kinds of zinging dual guitar leads that remind of Queen, Allman Bros and Thin Lizzy. Add to all that a great sense of humor, and you have a complete winner. If you like Big Star, Matthew Sweet, Teenage Fanclub, Queen, The Byrds, The Beatles, The Kinks-Get this: It is better! Just kidding it is not really better. But it IS amazingly good, and you should pick it up.
