Album Notes

"Launch and Landing" is the latest audio adventure from NY's The Lost Patrol. Mixing one part lounge to one part sweet, melodic pop, topped off with a touch of Goth and served with a twist of widescreen soundscapes, The Lost Patrol continues on it's own path of retro-futuristic, spaghetti-western shoegazing.

Twelve tracks that will serve as the perfect soundtrack for that cruise under the night sky.

Is awsome! I have been really enjoying it. The singer's voice is dreamy (is the way I would describe it). I would recommend it to anyone who loves music.

Now the proud owner of three Lost Patrol CDs and play them to my freinds at every opportunity. Something this good needs to be shared. Has to be one of the best female vocals in the business and blends so well with the music and the themes.

This is one of the most versatile albums I've had the pleasure to own. I play it everywhere. It's a great driving album, housework album, dinner atmosphere album, and I even used it in the kids' room last night getting them ready for bed (which we call 'calm' time). I've been following this band for awhile and cherry-picking some singles from itunes, but am so happy I bought the whole album this time - very worth it!
